What services do you offer?
Fuentes Architecture primarily offers architectural design services (we’ll design and produce drawings for a building permit). In addition, our clients love our “Low Cost Commitment” Service. The Low Cost Commitment service include the following options: a “Design Needs” Identification Report, a Feasibility Study, a Site Visit, and a General Design Consultation. What is the Feasibility Design Package and what does it include?
The Feasibility Design Package is one type of our Low Cost Consultations. It is a preliminary design feasibility study used to determine whether your project is financially feasible. As each project has its own unique parameters specific to its site - Fuentes Architecture will review the current zoning ordinances and Florida Building Code components in order to identify your project’s design opportunities, design risks, and possible challenges through an architectural design lens.
With the Feasibility Design Package, you’ll not only learn about your project’s design opportunities, design risks and challenges, but you’ll also determine your project’s feasibility and design timeline. This design assessment is geared toward planning your design process to avoid expensive mistakes. At the end of the review, Fuentes Architecture will present to you design concept option(s), a zoning analysis, a list of design opportunities, a list of design challenges, and an architectural design timeline.
A General Consultation phone call or Site Visit is a prerequisite before the Feasibility Design Package can be started. Following the Feasibility Design Package, Fuentes Architecture will provide you with a custom proposal for the working drawings needed to obtain a building permit.
